No Self – No problem: Why we create our own realities?

You are nothing, but bundle of memories. Without memory, your sense of self dissolves. The connection between conscious experiences disappears. All ego-driven thoughts—such as 'I am this' or 'I am that'—and any attachment to objects of awareness fade away. You begin to perceive the world with the innocence of a child or the vacant gaze of one lost in madness. Human brain is a highly sophisticated intelligence system, and modern AI machines are modeled after its functioning. Based on stored data and logic, it builds a narrative, reaches a conclusion, and convinces you it's the truth. However, these conclusions represent only a small fragment of the broader field of consciousness—just one among thousands of possible interpretations. Scientific studies on the human brain have confirmed this. Brain is a magic machine designed to fool you. Each of our brain creates its own unique story, like different AI machines producing different results. But each story is just on...

Search must come to an end

All questions spring from your search (seeking, becoming). It doesn't matter what the object of that search is -- God, a beautiful woman or man, a new car. It is all the same search. And that hunger will never be satisfied. Desire breeds more desire. As long as there is a living body, there will be desire. It is natural. The desire to put an end to all desires is a peculiar desire and is the desire of the person seeking liberation. Contentment can only make you happy. Keeping away from all desires and being content with what you get is a pure state of complete acceptance. But this needs a lot of courage and faith. Hunger must burn itself out completely without knowing satisfaction. The thirst you have must burn itself out without being quenched. It dawns on you that this (gratification) is not the way, and it is finished - Search comes to an end. When you stop doing things out of hope, all you do along with it stops. You stay afloat. There is complete acceptance, no seeking, ...

Freedom and Peace – A framework of ideas

All problems happened because we have set boundary and limited ourself into a framework of Ideas.   Culture and knowledge shape the ideas, frameworks, and boundaries that define our reality. At birth, we exist in a state of pure being—without a sense of self, without limits, and naturally joyful. But as we grow, layers of imposed knowledge and societal structures take hold. Bit by bit, we adopt beliefs and boundaries not our own, and before we know it, we find ourselves confined within the invisible walls of these mental frameworks. Creation of an ideal person or a thing (an idea) by culture is the problem. We contradict with this ideal all the time. This has resulted in war within. True freedom doesn't come from perfecting the self, but from seeing through the illusion of self, shaped by inherited knowledge and ideas. Only when our beliefs and ideas fall away—when the conditioned self dissolves, we can encounter the stillness that lies beyond becoming. The knowledge abo...

Silence is the natural state of mind

Silence is the natural state of mind. Mind returns spontaneously to silence after every experience as experiences happen in the background of Silence. What stops the mind from returning back to silence is the attachment to the result of the experience - Judging, comparing, contradicting, seeking -wanting more or less, not accepting as-is. An unconditional love, selfless work and indifference to results (complete acceptance and no seeking) leads to silence. Silence can only lead the movement of silence and not mere talking about silence. Begin by letting thoughts flow and watch them. The very observation will slow down the mind and stop all together. Be choiceless-ly aware. Once mind is quiet. Keep it.

The Observer, Observed and the action

Observer: The one who is watching, perceiving, or measuring. Observed: The object, event, or phenomenon that is being watched, perceived, or measured. The OBSERVER (self) is an image one has created of himself. There is no self at birth. The self is created through culture (knowledge accumulated) over a period of time. The Observer thus created is looking at other with the image he has created on the other (subset of his self) as though it is something different from himself (duality). This feeling of duality has prompted him to act. But, this duality is an illusion as he is observing his own self. There is no way of observing what is (actual). When one realizes that the Observer is the Observed, then all effort and action comes to an end. Everything is just your own self. No duality - No desire, No seeking, No becoming, No fear, No anger, No-thing. There is only love, joy and acceptance.
